Budget and technical study

The LENGLART design office breaks down and rigorously analyzes each file submitted to it. The feasibility study examines all the aesthetic, technical and budgetary requirements in order to propose tailor-made and creative solutions. A list of technical prerequisites and integration plans is then established, guaranteeing realizations adequate to the investment and exploitation ambitions.

Research of materials and mechanisms

The LENGLART Lab' consults throughout the year with numerous weavers and manufacturers to source new systems and materials. All of these materials are tested and evaluated in our workshops to study the reaction of the materials, the installation constraints and to obtain the best quality-price ratio. This sourcing allows us to reduce the costs of a project by up to 60% while respecting the creative ambition and the desired level of quality.

Prototyping

Upstream of the new projects, the design office coordinates the assembly of prototypes in the workshops in order to guarantee a LENGLART finish on each decoration produced by its workshops.

Project Follow-up

Each customer has a Customer Manager or Project Manager for the follow-up of his program until its installation. They establish the quotation, open the file internally with the Lenglart teams.
The Scheduling and Logistics departments are at the disposal of the Customers for the transmission of the production schedules and deliveries of their decors. The Lenglart workshops are keen to control their deadlines and production quality, which is why all its works are made in its workshops.

Controlled Production

This total control of its production also gives it more flexibility on installation schedules and improves its reactivity to deal with construction site setbacks.

In addition, its upholsterers and blind manufacturers are dispatched throughout the country so that they can work in the best conditions.
